How it works.
- Shortlists a set of plausible hypotheses for a research question before beginning deeper investigation.
- Runs parallel sub-agents that independently gather evidence and attempt to accept or reject each hypothesis.
- Stores useful findings and experiment results so later runs can reuse previous work instead of repeating the same investigation.
- Maintains provenance across each run, connecting conclusions to supporting evidence, executed steps, code, metrics, and intermediate results.
- Uses execution logs and evaluation feedback to identify failure patterns and improve subsequent agent behavior.
